Terms of Service

Welcome to Razmians, the private online community for the cadets, alumni and teachers of Cadet College Razmak. These terms are the rules for using razmians.com and its emails.

By creating an account or using razmians.com, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use razmians.com.

1. Who can join

  • Only current and former cadets and teachers of Cadet College Razmak can use razmians.com.
  • Every new account is checked by our admins before it can see anything inside the community. We may ask you for more details, and we may turn down any application we can't confirm.
  • Use your real name and true college details, and keep them up to date.
  • One account per person. Don't create an account for someone else or pretend to be someone you're not.
  • If you are under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's permission to join.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password safe and don't share your account. You are responsible for everything done with it.
  • If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and tell us straight away.
  • Use an email address you can reach: we send important messages about your account there.

3. Community rules

When you use razmians.com, including chat messages, you agree not to:

  • harass, bully, threaten or insult other members, or post hateful, violent, sexual or offensive content;
  • pretend to be someone else, or give false information about yourself;
  • share other members' details (such as phone numbers, email addresses or photos) outside razmians.com, or use them for advertising, sales, fundraising or spam without their permission;
  • copy or collect members' details in bulk, by hand or with automated tools;
  • try to get into other members' accounts or parts of the site you're not allowed to see, or harm the site's security or the way it works;
  • upload viruses or anything else designed to cause harm;
  • post anything you don't have the right to share, or anything that breaks the law;
  • add photos or videos that aren't about Razmians, the college or its people, or tag members who aren't in them;
  • send messages to members who have blocked you through another account, or send spam;
  • report photos, videos or messages falsely, to hide something that breaks no rule.

4. Your content

  • What you add to razmians.com, such as your photo, profile and college details, stays yours.
  • You allow us to store it and show it to members as our Privacy Policy describes, only to run the community.
  • Only upload what you have the right to share.
  • Photos and videos you add to the gallery are seen by every approved member, with your name. Only add ones about college life, events and Razmians, that you have the right to share, and of people who wouldn't mind being shown. Take special care with photos of cadets under 18.
  • Your albums, photos and videos stay in the gallery after you close your account, shown as added by a "Former member". Delete them first, or ask us to, if you don't want them kept.
  • Any member can report a photo or video. Reports can hide it until a moderator decides, and moderators may remove anything that breaks these terms.
  • We may remove anything that breaks these terms.

5. Approval, suspension and removal

  • Our admins decide whether to approve each application.
  • We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms, gives false information or puts other members at risk.
  • You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

6. The service

Using razmians.com is free. We work hard to keep it running and your information safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop any feature at any time. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, razmians.com and the people who run it are not responsible for any indirect loss, loss of data, or for what other members post or do. Each member is responsible for what they share and how they act.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and we'll tell members about important changes by email or on the site. If you keep using razmians.com after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
